Terms & Conditions — 3patty Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "3patty," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 3patty platform at https://3patty.org, licensed and operated under international gaming standards.
• "Platform" means the 3patty website, mobile interface, casino lobby, sports betting engine, wallet system, and all associated services accessible at 3patty.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who registers for or accesses a 3patty account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which 3patty wallet balances are maintained.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, matched deposit credits, or other incentive balances credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR payment source that have cleared wagering requirements or were never subject to bonus conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 3patty in accordance with international gaming compliance standards.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it may be withdrawn as real money.

By accessing the 3patty Platform, completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3patty.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use the Platform in any capacity.

3patty reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

Use of the 3patty Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the player relationship:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or close family member of any employee or director of 3patty or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 3patty or any other gaming platform, that remains in effect at the time of registration.

To access real-money games, sports betting, and wallet services on 3patty, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and account maintenance:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold only one registered Account on the 3patty Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3patty employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at 3patty's discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 3patty is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3patty will treat all actions taken from your account as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access by contacting [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 3patty customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure does not release you from any obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

3patty operates under international gaming compliance standards that require identity verification of all players. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any point at 3patty's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant enhanced due diligence

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3patty accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 3patty Account.

6.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 3patty wallet within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, subject to standard interbank processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking business hours. 3patty does not impose withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.4 Third-Party Payments

3patty will not accept deposits from payment sources that do not belong to the registered account holder, nor will it process withdrawals to accounts held in any name other than that of the registered player. Any attempt to use third-party payment sources will result in the transaction being reversed and may trigger a full account review.

6.5 Currency

All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on 3patty are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 3patty. Your payment provider may apply conversion if you fund from a non-PKR source, at their own rates and charges.

3patty offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 3patty reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered by players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing hedged bets designed to convert bonus funds to real money with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and sports betting markets offered on the 3patty Platform:

• All bets are placed at the player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where the specific game rules explicitly allow withdrawal from a round before completion.
• 3patty uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are operated via certified studios using independently audited equipment and shuffling procedures.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of spins and are not a guarantee of return on any individual session or bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during play, 3patty reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that exceeds the mathematically expected maximum pay-out for the game configuration, the excess win will be voided and the correct maximum pay-out applied.
• For sports betting, 3patty reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds where clearly erroneous odds were offered due to a pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• PSL cricket betting markets are subject to the official results declared by the Pakistan Super League governing body. Any subsequent amendments to official results will be reflected in settled bets at 3patty's discretion.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 3patty Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or misconfigured odds to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be available under correct system operation.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC, or at any point in the player relationship with 3patty.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account credentials to access the Platform.
• Conducting any activity on or through the Platform that violates applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction.

3patty is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a financial solution. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds within a specified time period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum period selected and will be honoured without exception.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 3patty brand name or logo in any context without our prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patty excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 3patty's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

3patty reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email notification to your registered address and/or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any real money balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patty holds its international gaming operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Notwithstanding the above, 3patty may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm arising from prohibited conduct under these Terms.
